This one of a kind, four season utility jacket is a must for dog walkers. The durable shell is made with waterproof, wind resistant, seam sealed nylon rip stop material. The zip-out liner is made of soft fleece and doubles as an additional jacket. Jacket sleeves can easily be zipped off creating a lightweight vest.
